What Makes This Different

Most consultants have been on one side of the table. I have been the bank customer, the implementation lead, and the product builder.

First nCino & TransUnion Integration

I drove the first integration between nCino and TransUnion for consumer credit reporting as the bank customer at ServisFirst Bank. I later designed the same capability at Cync Software across all major credit bureaus, this time from the vendor side.

Three-System Document Automation

I architected an end-to-end loan document automation workflow spanning nCino as the origination layer, a middle-tier server for processing, and a document management platform for intake and sorting. Three distinct systems, one automated pipeline.

I implemented nCino at a community bank and trained 250 employees across 20 branches. I now lead a four-platform loan system consolidation at a $200B+ institution. The work is different. The discipline is the same.

About

I have spent my career at the intersection of banking operations and technology. I started as a practitioner inside banks, served as an nCino and Salesforce platform manager, and now lead product management across the systems that make commercial lending run at scale.
